FESTIVAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (REFUNDS AND EVENT POLICY)
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases for Tennessee Hills (“the Event”), organised by Tennessee Hills (“the Organiser”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets are sold via our authorised ticketing partner. Once a ticket purchase is confirmed, a binding contract is formed between you (the ticket holder) and the Organiser.
Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated and remain the property of the Organiser until the Event has taken place.
3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the following circumstances:
a) If the Event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of the ticket (excluding booking and transaction fees, if applicable).
b) If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event, you may request a refund of the ticket face value within a reasonable timeframe following notification of the new date.
Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for refunding booking or payment processing fees charged by third-party ticketing providers.
We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred as a result of the Event being cancelled or rescheduled.
4. Event Changes
The Organiser reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme, lineup, or schedule without prior notice. Such changes do not constitute a cancellation and do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
5. Force Majeure
If the Event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disaster, public health restrictions, government action, terrorism, or similar events, the Organiser will not be obliged to offer a refund. Where possible, the Event may be rescheduled, and tickets will remain valid for the new date.
6. Admission and Conduct
Admission is subject to venue capacity, licensing conditions, and compliance with Event entry rules. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person behaving in a manner considered unsafe or antisocial without refund.
You must comply with all instructions from Event staff and security.
7. Liability
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen at the Event. Attendance is at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
